A tender Notice for the supply of School Teaching Aid Materials, Food Items, and Other Supplies

The Tesfa Foundation is legally registered as a Foreign Charity. Engaged in Kindergarten development projects and early-grades services for children and enabled them to qualify and prepare for the next level by providing the necessary educational inputs.

The organization invites interested and eligible suppliers for Stationery and janitorial Materials and Food Items (Cereals) to submit their offer; by using the Organization Price Quotation Form along with a Renewed Business License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and Value Added Tax (VAT) or TOT Certificate in a sealed envelope up to Monday October 16, 2023 5:00 PM from the date of this announcement to the under listed address.

Instructions:

1.Interested and eligible participants may collect the Price Quotation Form and obtain more information from the organization located at Hayahulet, Tsega Business Center, 8th Floor, Office #114, Next to Awraris Hotel or through Telephone at +251 11 822 3838 during normal working hours between 4:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

2.Interested bidders shall submit their offer using a registered price quotation form and a 2% bid bond (CPO) of the total price offered under the name THE TESFA FOUNDATION.

3.Evaluation criteria would consider but not be limited to clear specifications or samples of the items, fair current market price, delivery timeline, and quality.

4.Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be notified within 5 days after the deadline on the organization's notice board, by phone or will be communicated through their address.

5.The supplier shall have a reliable stock and deliver immediately upon request of the required materials/items as per their specification.

6.Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned above shall result in automatic rejection of the purchasing process.

7.Bid will be open in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend on the next day (Tuesday, October 17, 2023) of the deadline at 10:30 AM in the morning at the Tesfa office.

8.The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the offer as a whole or part of it at its own discretion without giving any reason.
